In today’s society, many people spend a
majority of their time working at the workplace. As a result, people have
started to think that occupation satisfaction is an essential part of life so
that people can be happier. Moreover, job satisfaction is affected by many reasons
that we could not recognize before. In this essay, I will present information
about some factors that have an influence on job satisfaction and give some ways
to improve it.
Basically, there are several factors that
can have effects on people’s job satisfaction. I believe the first factor is that
job satisfaction depends on how much people can make decisions in their work.
This has much to do with independence of work. According to research, most
workers who are capable of making decisions at their work freely have much better
job satisfaction, compared to many workers who just follow their boss.
Secondly, passion and amusement in a career plays an important role in improving
job satisfaction. This is about what we feel in doing our duties regarding
happiness. By pursuing a passion and amusement, we can make our duties more
interesting.
There are also some ways that we can apply
ourselves in order to improve job satisfaction. One way we think of is that we
should pursue a job which has a more independent environment. If it is so,
people can manage their job in a way that they intend without any direction and
they can easily apply it to new ideas. They may have an opportunity to have
better job satisfaction.
Furthermore, people must search for pleasure and passion to do duties as well
as in workplace. This is the best way to have better job satisfaction. If
someone knows they are bored with their jobs or hard to find out something that
makes them more interested, they had better look for a new job attracting them
to do the work..
To sum up, there are some methods that we
can do to make our satisfaction increase through seeking independent work and
delight. Consequently, by encouraging people to do this, will be able to help
them to make better a part of life in workplace. |
