It is a
common belief that focusing only one subject makes people more skilled and then
easily succeed. However, I firmly believe that various social experiences help
people find a real dream and expand social network through their different
abilities.
To begin
with, learning more diverse skills helps individuals find their aptitude and
future hope. To be specific, teenagers around the world could develop their
potential ability through the number of subject experiences. For instance, in
Korea, until the last few years, almost every student was forced to study only
professional memorisation knowledge such as linguistics, mathematics, history
and economy. This social phenomenon leads to many labour market problems.
Although graduates obtain their jobs with difficulty, they leave the workplace
within one year because of disjunction between aptitude and work. Thus, these
days, many teenagers have been learning various lessons, not only intellectual
knowledge but also art and music subject.
On top of
that, learning about different skills can help people expand their social
community. This is because many experiences through studying skills can be used
to interest other people. Therefore, various subject skills are useful to
social relationship. Take the example of university's clubs. Many college
students join the social clubs such as volunteer work, literature writing and
sports activity regardless of their major. These activities make students
communicate with the other field's students periodically, which makes people
more sociable and cause extend their social network.
To sum up,
learning more skills is beneficial to people because it can make it possible to
find their aptitude and expand the social community. For these reasons, people
should have more diverse experience for their life.
