The main cause of lack of women workers in managerial positions is that parenting is mostly recognized as women's duty. Most of all, women are better cook than men. In addition, women have much better abilities to realize children's emotional reacions. Thus, most of men think women are appropriate for both parenting and house chores. Korea is the best example for this. According to a survey, less than 15% of working men help parenting and house chores after they going back home. Moreover, they think that not only both things are too much to them due to tiring after work, but they also think those are more suitable for women to do because they have a stronger sense of both than men can do.
However, there are solutions to this issue. One of the ways to make men participate more in teaching children and doing house chores by conducting various educational proggrams for them. Since this issue is a social problem, the governments should tackle the issue actively by opening seminars emphasizing the importance of men parenting and house chores. A study is illustrated obviously about the significance of men's participating. When children have good relationships with their fathers, most of them are very sociable and also have better relationships with their peers than those wo are not getting along with fathers. This means that the bond with fathers have a serious impact on making children's personalities.
