Your Answer ▼ The bar graph indicates how much men and women did regularly physical activity, divided into different age groups from 15 to 65 over, in Australia in the year of 2010.
It is clearly seen that most female groups exercised regularly more than male groups exept 15 to 24 group. In addition, the most active group was in 45 to 54 female group, while 35 to 44 years old male group showed the least activity.
As shown the graph, the proportion of women shoed the upward trend until 45 to 54 age group, from 47.7% to 53.3%, and remained at 53% in 55 to 64 group. However, it dramatically reduced to 47.1% in 65 and over group. Looking at the male percentage, it decreased by 13.3% from the first group to third group of 35 to 44 years old men. But it gradually went up to 46.7% in 65 and over group, being the second highest amount in male group.
As regards to the gap between men and women group, the largest gap of rate was hown in 35 to 44 group. The ratio of these women activity was 13% higher thatn those of men. As opposite side of this, only 0.4% gap was shown in 65 and over group, adding that women physically acted more than men. |
