Since many countries were industrialised, we have been living in busy society. Therefore, the number of both parents working has increased and it is issued with regard to who should be in charge of nursing their children. I would like to talk about the proper answer for the question and what should be done to improve this situation.
To begin with, we were educated in the past that a man in a family has to work to earn money for his family and a woman has to do housework and look after her children. Hence, people may take that for granted. However, the social status of women has risen, so a number of women are not able to bring up their children all the time. In this situation, some men assert that the sex of female is appropriate for caring for children. In fact, scientists say that mother’s instinctive love is stronger than father’s. As a result, mothers are more closer to their children and mostly, are good at taking care of their children. Furthermore, children could learn a plenty of mother’s aptitude from their mother.
On the other hand, father’s instinctive love is also remarkable. Thus, fathers would be also able to be close to their children. Moreover, assuming that a family is a small society, the comparison between the children staying only with a mother often and both of parents could be compelling. To put it another way, children could be taught a variety of social skills from a mother and father and it would be definitely beneficial for them.
To better this situation, the government, educational organisations and even campaigners should attempt to make people think what was wrong and how important it is for children that both a mother and father look after them.
In conclusion, mothers and fathers should take responsible for the upbringing of children. In addition, the social communities should take concerted measures to change people’s stereotypes.
