Hey guys . My name is ----
My topic is "No caffeinefor 30 days".
So, my no caffeine challenge ended last month and I want to share my experience with you.
I started on May 14th and it ended on June 12th, that was a full 30 day challenge.
It was kind of hard in the beginning even though I don’t drink caffeinated drinks on a regular basis
and I don’t drink much of coffee at all, instead I usually have some kind of green teas.
Since I’m used to having green teas somewhat regular basis, I was a little bit restless and had a little trouble sleeping for the first few nights.
And then my body started to relax more and I started to feel more energized and more together,
which I would describe as the condition when I had caffeine on a consistent basis. I tend to be more airy and kind of dry.
My body feels a little bit lighter and dryer and when I feel that way
I feel little bit more irritable.
and I become a little bit more quick to respond in a negative way as well as maybe a positive way, too.
but the whole experience overall feels like it really balanced my body out
and I don’t miss any kind of caffeine anymore.
and I don’t know if I’m going to have any caffeine sometimes soon or not at all.
I feel really good that I haven’t had it for a while
so I’m happy about that and I may just continue on with that for a while
but that’s what’s nice about the 30 day challenge.
If you don’t like it you can stop after 30 days and you could just go back to whatever life
you were leading before and maybe you’ll find
that once you go back to something that you were doing before that you actually like it better without it.
You just didn’t know it because you had to experience it again to see what it feels like not having that particular habit for 30 days.
and I tell you about how my body responded! My body probably balanced itself out for a better way. I feel more consistent energy and I feel like I can fall a sleep easier at night.
Now, if I feel tired, I feel more like I want to go to bed right away, which I am happy about because I like getting a good night sleep.
Overall, it was a great experience for me. And I don’t miss caffeine any more.
Thank you for listening.
