People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer.
Nowadays, most people have a lot of stress in a competitive sense. Therefore a large number of people highly take an interest in the way they overcome the stress throughout such as reading, exercising, and working their gardens. Among these types, I consider reading as the best types to lessen the stress and suffering. There are a couple of reasons why I think of that.
First of all, reading give us maxims to get out of our troubles. we can experience how ancients can get over an obstacle at second hand because many ancients wrote a lot of wisdoms they resolved problems for life. Therefore we should read many books to control problems.
Second, we can obtain the pleasure of reading. For instance, the fantasy and fiction novels allow us to get a enjoyment by imagining another events. Therefore we can forget heavy actualities. Four month ago when I worked at a part-time job, I was mentally tired as well as physically. At that time "The catcher in the rye" written by J.D. Salinger gave me a delight.
Finally, reading help us to concentrate on something. Therefore we can escape hardships for a while. when I are absorbed in the book, I can often forget my troubles. It is effective for us to escape the stress and difficulties.
Based on the above mentioned statements, it can be conclude that reading is good to diminish the stress and difficulties at the present age. Reading is a good method which decrease the distress in that reading provide us the lesson of life, the happiness of reading, and the ability of concentrating. I suggest that we frequently have to spend more time to read books.
