An intriguing topic of discussion at hand is whether it is better to attend a live performance than to enjoy the show on TV. Since people hold different ideas, it may seem true that watching the event lively is more enjoyable. However, with a in-depth understanding, it sounds rather too doubtful for me. I personally support the idea that watching the performance on TV is much easier to enjoy the show on account of two following reasons which I am elaborate on; the venue of the performance is uncomfortable and enjoying the show on TV saves a lot of money. First of all, the place which holds the show is usually quite uncomfortable for attending. What I mean is there are mostly like to be overly crowded because of too many people. In addition, some people may have inappropriate manner as refined audiences. Many articles cover filthy streets after famous concerts which were held outside. For example, last month I went to a concert to celebrate my test score. However, the place was too dirty so I did not want to have a sit. Furthermore, since there were few toilets, I had trouble to find one. Because of these unsatisfied conditions, I could not relieve my stress during watching the show. As shown in this example, by watching a live show, people can not enjoy the performance truly. On top of that, enjoying the performance on TV allows me to save a significant amount of money. This is important because I am a student; I am always short of money because of paying tuition and expenses for my textbooks. Indeed, a recent study conducted by the National Statistic Office is well aligned with this statement. According to the study, over 76% of the participants answered in favor of the idea that they prefer watching their favorite concert on TV because it is effective. To be specific, if they go to concert hall, they should buy a ticket –usually expensive- and pay transportation fee which cost a lot. On the other hand, if they have a sit in their cozy couch and enjoy the show on TV, they can save these expenditure. In a nutshell. the venue of performance is usually uncomfortable which is not beneficial to enjoy the show. Moreover, watching the show on TV is effective way to reduce expense. In this regard, I strongly argue that enjoying the show on TV is a far better idea |
