Some people think that a teacher’s income should be based on her or his student’s grades, while other people think differently. Both sides may have their own reasons and example to support their views, if I have to choose one, I would say that a teacher’s earning should be based on its disciple’s scores.
First of all, teachers can have a enthusiastic impetus because people tend to work harder when they have a clear aim. The money itself can be the most effective motivation, especially in capitalism. For example, researchers conducted a study with two types of teachers. Half of the teachers who gained their earnings based on student’s grades. But the other half did not. The result of that, in general, Teachers whose who are given incomes proportionated by student’s scores The result was, teachers whose scores are given incomes proportional to students's scores had a more amount of passions on teaching. This means that the money is very effective motive and people want to get more money.
On top of that teachers can be admitted by their students. Because a teacher want wants to get more money, they will make high-qualities’ materials to elevate children’s performances. Moreover, students tend to give more respect to teachers who help them get high grades. For example, when I was a middle school student, my temporary mathematics teacher gave based on our class’s performance. Because he wanted to get more money, he made high-quality’s materials and taught us more enthusiastically than other teachers. Inevitably, our class got the highest performance in our school.
To sum up, by relating between teacher’s earnings and student’s grades, a teacher can have a more passion and they can be skilled teacher. In this regard, a teacher’s income should be given by student’s scores.
