As the society being evolved, matters of concerns on students have been increased periodically over decades. In some countries, it is being a controversy that whether these students should be allowed to have jobs or not. I completely agree with the first thought of letting students to have their jobs in their teenage with two reasons.
First of all, the main purpose of studying is to be a better person in the future or to be a better help to his family or people. However, it is the opposite story when I think about the students from poor family background. What about the poor family that needs money right away? What would happen if a country band students working when their needs are not studying for the future but earning money in an instance? To illustrate this, there is a friend of mine whose family is so poor because of economic recession. At this point, he said that holding a job in his teenage is indispensable and the only choice for his family.
In addition to the first reason, students can learn a lot of things from their jobs in that studying in the school is not the only way to be educated. There are quite some people who succeeded in their life without getting an actual course of curriculum because of their poor financial background. Most of these people say that their poorness and hunger scored their success. Students can learn the business system in their job and might start their own business ahead of their peers.
Overall, I agree with an idea that teenagers should have their jobs while they are still students. As I have shown above, letting students take jobs is integral in the case and is sometimes more efficient way for students to get their education. Studying in the school, I believe, is not the only way to help their family or to improve students’ education. |
