▶ Your Answer :
Some people think that movies are worth
watching only when they teach something about real life. However, I believe
that movies are worth for students, even if not teach something about real
life. This is because watching movies enables students to relieve stress and
enjoy a better quality of life.
First, watching movies allows students to
relieve stress. Understanding the daily life of students and potential role of
movies is necessary to substantiate this view. Every morning, once they are at
school, they have to endure countless textbooks and continue to read more even
at home. Such exhausting routine repeats itself and eventually wears down
students. As a way to manage the ensuing stress, they can spend time watching
movies with peers after school. Even if it is only for a short time, this frees
their minds from the intense mental pressure from school. In the regard, I
learned that watching movies motivates students to relive stress.
Second, watching movies promotes students
to relieve stress. Interestingly, a renowned social scientist in South Korea
published an article in “The Korean Herald” last Tuesday which claims that
watching movies provides meaningful opportunities for students to connect with
their peers. Essentially, watching movies with peers after school promotes
activities that encourage students to openly interact with one another. Such
intercommunication builds a platform not only to cooperate with peers but also
to create lasting memories, allowing students to become more socially aware and
ultimately enjoy a better quality of life.
To sum up, I believe that movies are worth
for students, even if not teach something about real life for following reasons:
to relieve stress and enjoy a better quality of life. Consequently, the
importance of my view cannot be underestimated for the reasons I have mentioned
above.
