don’t think that this is the best way to expedite work. To state my view on
the above statement, I certainly agree. To support my idea, I present two
different reasons.
To begin with, workers can be not only more meticulous in their task, but is
outcome more accurate can also be more accurate in
them. I believe that dealing with projects step by step is more
effective than processing them at the same time, because
it makes workers take enough time to concentrate on it thoroughly. (마찬가지로 앞 두 문장을 합쳐주세요) Thus, you
can begin to work by recognizing obviously what the goal of each task is, and
be more cautious of making errors. For instance, if you are given five jobs
from your boss which are needed to be finished by tomorrow the next
day, in case of people preferring doing tasks one by one, they
prioritize them in order to grasp which one is urgent and which way is the fastest to use to complete. Then, they begin to work with
apparent plans for their work. In addition, anybody can take over your job, in
case you might not handle the task in contingency.
Secondly, it is more time-efficient than multitasking. I think people have a
thought that multitasking takes less time than
finishing one project first and begins
another one. However, I am dubious it really is. From my experience, when
handling more than one job at the same time, I always fret about the due time.
This uncomfortable pressure causes my work progress to be stunted. As a result,
I often can’t help getting everything done at the last minute.
To sum up, doing a task at a time is more efficient than handling jobs at
the same time. This is because you can spend
less time completing your duty and make it more accurate in a delicate manner.
On the other hand, doing several duties concurrently is inefficient in many
cases: time, productivity, precision, etc. Thus, I strongly believe that doing
one job before beginning another one is the
better way to handle various jobs.
