Some People thinks that the
university should spend more money on the Library. However, in my case, there
should be more emphasize emphasis on the
sports facilities for students. There are two reasons why. First, having proper
sport facilities is helpful for students to remaining remain and maximizing maximize
their healthier life. Second, it will be play the
role as the outlet for stress in this world.
To begin with, the most of students spend their routine in
their university. Thus, if there is a good sport
facility, it can help student to live a heathier
life. To be specific, the importance of good
health should be prioritized. Nowadays, people do not have enough time to
strengthen their physical health and getting a lot of stress is another matter
to think about. Also noting nothing can
be achieved without good health. Like there is a
saying, "Sound body, sound mind". Keeping in shape enables people to
maximize their work productivity and self-confident confidence. For example, when I was in university, I
was so busy with my work in university and was
tired, due to the fact that many assignments, team projects and papers were assigned. Also I do did not have plenty of time and money to going go to the gym and there was not any sport facility in
my university. My health was becoming too bad
and I easily took got a cold and ached all over my body. After then, the university built a
gym in campus, so I visited and exercised every day. Also it had good
accessibility and price. After several months, I felt my health becoming better
than before thanks to the sport facility in campus.
On top of that, exercising is a good way to relieve stress. Having the
outlet for stress is has meaning in itself, since it helps people to
regain energy and find strength to go on. In this world, people have pressure
physically and mentally. It helps people get back on track after exercising.
For example, the a study was conducted by the board of health in Korea to
determine whether exercising affects one's
stress or not. There were two group monitored.
The first group consisted of people who exercised
regularly and they were asked to take tests to measure their level of stress.
The other group was formed with people who were did
not exercise and they were given same direction. The researchers compared the
outcomes and recorded that people who exercised regularly is better to dealing deal better with stress than people who are do not. The main reason is that exercise or sports can
help people to reduce their level of stress hormone and make people feel a sense of achievement. This research demonstrated the
positive relationship between sport and stress.
To sum up, taking the fact that exercise provides good health and is an outlet for stress into consideration, I firmly
believe that it is better the university spend more money on sport facility
rather than library.
