Based on their experience and understanding of
the world, some people might prefer to complain their uncomfortable experience
about a product or bad service in person. However, I personally prefer to
complain in writing. There are some reasons why I prefer writing while when I want
to complain.
First of all, I could explain about my
uncomfortable situation or low quality of product more logically with detail by writing. I
believe most of situations, writing is better than speaking when I need to
explain something. My personal experience can be a compelling example. When I
was a college student, I went to a museum and I found that there was poor description discriptions about the artifact what I most had wanted to see most. I was annoyed annoying at
that moment. Instead of calling the museum manager to complain directly in person, I rather wrote write an e-mail to them with detailed explanation. After a few days, I
could get a nice reply from them. 써서 컴플레인했더니 좋은 답장을 받았다는 것만으로는 '쓰는 게 더 좋은 이유'를 잘 드러낼 수 없어요. 써서 컴플레인 했던 것이 더 효과적이었던 이유를 앞부분에 설명한 내용과 연결지어서 보완해주세요.
Second, although there could be various
advantages of complaining in person, I think there is are obvious disadvantages by
doing it. Making a complaint in person sometimes does not didn’t go well as someone who
makes a complaint cannot explain about his situation in detail. In addition, act
of complaining often brings about annoying situations. When a person who is annoyed tells about his or her their complaint directly to the other person, he can sometimes make mistakes. I
also learned this from my personal experience. Last year, I was in the restaurant
eating having dinner with my family. While eating, I saw an employee accidentally accidently spilled
coke on the a man’s pants without notice. The man was annoyed annoying so he tried to
complain to the employee. However, the employee didn’t understand the situation
because the man didn’t explain it properly. Surprisingly, tThe man failed to
control his anger and beat the employee. This was the terrible moment I ever
saw. 설명을 충분히 한다는 내용은 위의 본론 내용과 겹치므로 다른 내용을 위주로 단점을 설명하는 편이 더 좋습니다.
For the reasons based on my experience above, I prefer complaining in writing to complain
in writing then to complaining complain in person.

불만사항을 제기할 때 글이 더 낫다는 입장을 일관되게 유지한 점이 좋았습니다. 각 본론에서 내용을 설명할 때 왜 글로 컴플레인하는 것이 나은지를 사례에도 녹여서 쓸 수 있게 보완해주시고, 본론2에서도 직접 말로 컴플레인하는 것이 안 좋을 수 있는 이유를 본론1과 구분되게끔 좀 더 정돈해주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 품사와 태 관련해서 문법오류가 많은 편이니 꼼꼼하게 체크해주세요~ 수고 많으셨습니다~!
