For some people, education plays an
important role in their lives. As far as I'm concerned, there are obviously
many opinions regarding drawbacks of spending more money for university
professors, especially, when they have financial
problems. With that being said, I would have to say that a university should not spend too
much money for their professors. The
concept of financial load and studying performance clearly illustrate problems
of this.
First of all, spending more money for university professors is a huge financial load
to universities. There were already many
universities which suffer from financial problems
caused by professor's amount of salaries the
high salary of their professors. This is why
we need to consider for the problems (굳이 넣지 않아도 되는 문장입니다). A really good example is a university nearby my city.
Because of the requirement of its professors, the
university determined to increase the professors’ salaries a few years
ago. Now, they had have a big problem in
finance due to the increasing financial load.
Decreasing of the quality of education
successively occurred. The lack of the university's
supports lead to the reducing of the
number of applicants. Thus, I firmly think that there aren’t any beneficial connection between raising professors’ salaries and improving the quality of education.
A further more subtle point we must consider is that spending more money in
is not the only
way to improve the quality of education for students. One of the efficiency efficient way is scholarship. Many students suffered
from tons of financial problems in their campus life, especially, paying for their application fee at every semester.
According to the research conducted by Korean University Association, unreliable
huge numbers of students were pushed from
pressured because of their application fee.
Moreover, the loaning student's stress was higher and their studying performance
was poor batter than sufficient student who supported from their parents the stress received by students who had to make a loan were
incredibly high; causing their grades to fall down compared to students who
were financially stable. Therefore, if universities want to get more
educational improving quality improve their quality
of education, they will need to focus
on their students’
financial care.
Instances of the same sort can be multiplied indefinitely. When taking
into account all these facts, facing people, we may safely arrive at the
conclusion that universities should spend more
money for their students. Although I must admit that there may be some people
who think that professors’ salaries directly affected
at improving the improvement of the
quality of education, I strongly believe that no one can ignore the financial
load and studying performance when it comes to improving
the quality of education.
