However, in my opinion, reviews from online communities is the most significant factor for consumers to refer when buying products. To begin with, there are a lot more opinion's in reviews from online communities than any other sources. Since there are opinions over products in numerous perspectives, people will be influenced the most from reviews on the Internet compared to recommendation from peers and information from booklets. For example, when I order clothes online, I always check the review online which is written by a person who has the same shape with me because there is someone who has similar body shape to me while my friends have different height and weight. On top of that, reviews from online communities are considered the most in the market because it is reliable. Information from magazines can be biased and recommendation from friends are not accurate if friends have not used them. For instance, I usually do not buy products that are introduced in magazines because I think contents in magazines are likely to be advertisements. Therefore, reviews on online communities give bigger impacts to me since most of them write reviews after they used products by their hands. In addition, reviews have some negative critics on products which make them more reliable and make people to consider both positive and negative side. To sum up, reviews from online communities have huge impacts on consumers. In this regards, I think reviews are the most frequently used reference of consumers because there are abundant number of reviews online that people can refer to and reviews are trustworthy since they are written by consumers who actually used products.
