A thought provoking current issue concerns whether conventional cars will be replaced by electric cars in the future. Some people claim that electric cars will not replace conventional cars soon. However, in my opinion, electric cars can substitute conventional cars naturally as time goes.
To begin with, many people criticize that conventional automobiles are blame for the environment pollution. To be specific, because conventional cars are fueled by petroleum, toxic smokings from conventional cars can cause the air pollution. It is already well known that that many cities in the world are notorious for bad air condition. And in those cities, not only factories but also a number of conventional automobiles hugely emit toxic smokings. Therefore, replacing conventional automobiles can help reduce the air pollution, and this naturally can lead to the transition to electric automobiles.
In addition, technologies and infrastructures needed to commercialize electric cars are significantly improved. Some people predicate that there are not enough recharging stations as much as current gas stations. Also, they claim that still there are numerous impediments to deal with to widely commercialize electric automobiles. However, leading companies in the automobile industry, such as Tesla, are already concentrating on nascent technologies needed to produce electric cars, and they succeeded to show some feasible blueprints and prototypes that can stimulate other manufacturers. Also, many governments are supporting this budding industry. Many governments want to solve the environment problem, and they see electric cars as a possible solution to deal with the environmental crisis. So many governments help automobile companies manufacture electric cars, and governments are focusing on setting recharging stations needed for electric cars.
To encapsulate, many people are criticizing conventional cars because they are polluting the environment, and this can be a motivation to replace their cars to electric automobiles. Furthermore, technologies and infrastructures are being improved to commercialize electric cars widely. Therefore, I firmly believe that electric cars will soon substitute conventional automobiles. |
