▶ Your Answer : A variety of opinions may exist over the argument that getting enough sleep is the best way to become healthier, since when people get enough sleep they can refresh heads. As far as I am concerned, I completely disagree with the aforementioned statement. The following two ideas can be valid evidences to back up my opinion. First, exercising regularly helps people lose their weight. Second, this has an impact on sleep diseases as a result people can have enough sleep.
The first reason for my opinion that can be seen by every person is that people can lose weight. By losing weight the possibility of diseases decrease. I have a personal experience as an example. When I was in a second grade of high school, I got a lot of stresses from my school works, my body was too big to maintain healthy life. At that time, It was hard for me to breath, I went a hospital. A doctor adviced me to lose weight, unless I would get diseases such as heart disease, obesity. After that, I tried my best to lose weight, namely I exercised everyday. Before long, I lost a number of weight and stay healthy. This shows that exercising regularly is very helpful for people to stay healthy.
Another equally important reason is, that exercising makes people tire. Namely, if people exercise regularly people should take rests more than before. Thus people can have enough sleep. There was a poll conducted by Gallup, with 200 university students who had experienced insomnia before. The purpos of the survey was to understand the consensus view whether exercise regularly could affect insonmia. An overwhelming 80% of respondents had responded that exercising regularly helps them cure insomnia. This is because their bodies exhaused energy and they can relief their stress and clear their heads.
Looking at all the statements above, there are many reasons to be considered, but at the end of the day, exercising usually helps people to stay healthy by losing weight, and getting enough sleep. |
