Some people think that there are many ways to help people to be healthy. However, in my opinion exercising regularly is the best way to have being healthy. This is because people can obtain their mental health and physical health by doing exercise.
To begin with, exercising can give people mental benefits. People can relieve stress and relax by playing sports and reducing stress can help people's health by making their immune system strong. For example, there was a study conducted by Korea University with students. The study’s main purpose was to determine whether sports affect immune systems. Two groups were monitored for this study. One group consisted of students who did exercise regularly and the other group was composed of students who did not do any exercise. Researchers gave same directions and the result was very intriguing. The former group had stronger immune systems than the another. The researchers said that sports made them more comfortable and happy. As a result they could reduce their stress, and naturally their immune system got healthy.
On top of that, people can reap physical benefits. By moving the body, people can obtain strong muscles and have a good digestive ability. Let me take my experience as an example. When I was in high school, I had a chronic pain in a my back chronically. I could not deal with the problem and my doctor even did not know why I had the pain. One day, my homeroom teacher gave his advice that sports would helped me handle my problem. After listening to his advice, I began to do go swimming and it had a very good impact on my body, giving me strong muscles which could help reduce my pain. Eventually, I could overcome my problem. This showed that exercising regularly can help people obtain physical benefits.
To sum up, I believe that doing exercise is the best way for people to be healthy. This is due to the fact that exercising helps people reap mental and physical health.
