lot of opportunities to meet various people who possess different kinds of
characteristics in work places. Definitely it is impossible for people not to
cause some trouble while at work. However, in my opinion, there are two factors
that can make them treat each other fairly and help to make better work
conditions.
To
begin with, the ability to associate with others easily, called sociability takes
crucial part in terms of being with coworkers. because it can help them to have
conversation well. also it has a function of a trigger to pull down the awkward
barrier among them, so it can lead to building relaxed mood to work more
productively. For example, when I worked for the first time, the coworkers were
awkward and did not talk much with each other. but I tried to talk with
everyone and do funny things to get close. Luckily, we got close pretty soon
and it helped us to do our work more peacefully.
In
addition, working actively is an important factor to get close with coworkers. Taking
initiatives can influence them to produce something more effectively. According
to research, unconsciously people change their feeling following the people around
them, so when someone is working actively,
the others will also try to work enthusiastically. when I worked in a
restaurant, For instance, I just worked so eagerly what my boss ordered me. and
later other workers also did their work vigorously like me. my boss praised me
a lot and raised my income after the restaurant gained great reputation. This
indicates an important feature for coworkers.
To
sum up, that two characteristics show the advantages to be important features
for coworkers. I firmly believe that they will cause something in a better way
to be on friendly terms. |
