There is a controversial issue regarding what is the best way to become healthier. Several different opinions exist in regard to this issue. After pondering upon several possible opinions, I personally agree with the idea that getting enough sleep is beneficial to become healthier for two reasons.
First, getting enough sleep is effective to maintain good body condition. This is because our body takes a rest while we are sleeping. From my experience, I am usually up all night to cram for an exam for a few days. After the exam exams finish, I have ache feel pain all over my body. In addition, I feel anyhow (무슨 뜻?) because I didn't did not get much enough sleep. However, I become healthier after I sleep soundly and take a some rest. This shows that sleeping enough is important for people to keep stay healthy.
Second, getting enough sleep helps to improve concentration and memory. The reason is that concentration and memory is closely related to mental healthy. Oxford University have researched to compare two groups of students. The first group sleep slept 8 hours a day, while the second group sleep slept 5 hours. Studies have shown that the first group of students's concentration and memory is was higher than second group’s. As a result, students who sleep slept 8 hours get good got better grades, and life satisfaction is was higher.
To conclude, I strongly believe that my standpoints of the two reasons are sufficiently convincing. First, sleeping enough keeps good health and second, improves concentration and memory. In this regard, I believe that getting enough sleep is best way to be healthier.
