There are several reasons and examples as follow. First of all, by encountering to diverse thinking, people can draw a better choice. People tend to grow smartly as they compare the advantages and disadvantages between other people’s opinion and mine. For example, when I was a middle school student, I was supposed to decorate our class’s bulletin board and I was a chief in that activity. Originally, I planned to use a dark color as background because the bulletin board can be stained easily. However, my friend who was charge of coloring recommended me to use a dark color because bright color makes student’s mood better. Although each color had each advantage, the bulletin board could impact on our class’s atmosphere, I conformed my student’s opinion. If I had friends who are similar to me, I would not have chose a better method. On top of that people can grow more mature in the circumstance that the individual have to make a consensus. When a conflict occur, people think about how to deal with the problem and learn the way to manage the gap between personal opinions. In this procedure, people can be a mature and competitive person. However, we did not have enough money to buy all items, so we had a lot of time to deduce a better option. We eventually bought a one clothe and a hair band. Although we had a tough time to choose my mother’s gift, we become choose quickly next birthday and we become a more smart person when buying items.
