This position is a regular full-time position.
Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri.
Annual Salary will range from $20,000-$30,000 depending on your experience and qualification.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Making Purchase Orders
- Review purchase orders for systems to insure correct terms for all orders
- Process all orders and follow up on shipments
- Contact administration/vendor
- Prepare paperwork for international shipments
- Work with other department on any issues to ensure proper order management
- Prepare shipping documents and advise customer on delivery, schedule shipment
- Planning and forecasting inventory
- Inventory/cycle counts transactions
- Analyze/approve freight bills
- Develop and administrative policies and procedure for all personnel
- Other responsibilities may be added as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skill a must
- Solid negotiation skills a plus
- Result driven and self-starter
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Intermediate-to-advanced expertise with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Proficiency in detailed message taking and delivery
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills via phone and email
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, service minded
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Good communication skills
