AGENT: Wonderful. Can I get your first name before we begin?

AGENT: Thank you Mary. Now, what dates will you be visiting us?
CUSTOMER: We’ll be there from April 2nd to April 5th. Three nights.
AGENT: OK. And how many of you will there be?
CUSTOMER: There will just be the two of us. My husband and me.
AGENT: Great. What type of room are you interested in? We have regular rooms, luxury rooms and suites available.
CUSTOMER: How much are the suites?
AGENT: The suites are £290 per night. They come with a king-sized bed and each suite also has a patio.
CUSTOMER: That’s a bit much I think. What about the luxury rooms?
AGENT: The luxury rooms are £220 per night. Although, we’re running a special on those now. If you stay for three nights, we give you the third night for 50% off. So, your last night with us would only be £110.
CUSTOMER: Grand. I’d like to reserve that one then. Does it also have a patio?
AGENT: We only have one luxury room available for your travel dates, and no, it does not have a patio. However, it does face the sea, so you’ll have a great view.
CUSTOMER: OK, that’ll work.
AGENT: Before I make this reservation, would you like to include any services from our spa?
CUSTOMER: Um . . . what is available?
AGENT: Our most popular package is called “Relax and Unwind.” It includes two one-hour massages, access to our sauna, and complimentary smoothies after the massage. You can choose from a list of several different types of massage.
CUSTOMER: That sounds lovely. What’s the cost for that?
AGENT: That package costs £200.
CUSTOMER: Could my husband and I get massaged at the same time?
AGENT: Yes, of course. You’re free to schedule your massages for anytime during your stay with us.
CUSTOMER: OK, that sounds good. Before I forget, do you have any restaurants at your resort?
AGENT: We do. We have a bar and a restaurant called “Spoons” with a full-menu. We also offer room service 24-hours a day.
CUSTOMER: Great! Sounds good.
AGENT: All right. In order to make your reservation, I’ll need you to log on to our website. Go ahead and enter the confirmation number I’m going to give you and then you just confirm the total cost and reservation dates. After that, you can pay online with your credit card. You’ll receive an email with an invoice once the payment has gone through.
CUSTOMER: Alright. What’s my confirmation number?

CUSTOMER: I just want to make sure I got it right. Did you say 4567490RRW?
