Question 1: Where are you from?
- I am from Mokpo, South Korea. It is a small city, however, it has amazing view. Mokpo is by the sea and some small mountains. Especially, Yudal Mt is small, but, it has amazing shape. So, when people visit Mokpo, they can enjoy the beautiful combination of sea and the mountain. Furthermore, it is well known as taste food. There are various type of local food and so delicious. It is one of the best places to visit in South Korea.

And explain why you want to visit this place.
- I would like to visit Camino de Santiago also known as the pilgrimage to Santiago in Spain. It is a long route for walking in multiple days. I would like to go there with my children when they are teenagers. In my understanding, I could get there by bus, train and flight. I prefer flight because it is faster way to get Santiago. And, the reason why I want to visit the place one day is I want to do physical challenge in my life. When people in a challenge physically, they start to stop thinking and focusing on basic things such as food. I means I need to clear my mind from all worries and stress. I'd like to focus on what I need to do right now, not something happened yet. And, I want to make a good memory with my children before they are grown ups. Therefore, I would like to visit Camino de Santiago in the future.

Question 1:
Do you think people should take physical challenges like the Camino de Santiago more often? Why or why not?
- I do not think people should do it more often. Because, it costs quite a lot and takes long time. It is easy some people, however, other do not. They have to concentrate on living instead of spending money and time for it. But, if it is possible, people can do it in short and in their routine through running or any other exercises. It doesn't cost a lot, sometimes it is totally free and takes up to a couple of hours. It bring lots of benefits such as health, clearing thinking and so on.
Question 2:
How do you think people can balance their work and physical activities?
- I think absolutely they can even though I haven’t made it yet. I believe ‘a sound mind in a sound body'. Proper level of physical activities will bring lots of benefits such as health, mind-clearing and improving concentration, and, they are always important at work. Therefore, I think people can make balance between them.
