I think utilizing popular celebrities to help build health awareness is an extremely good way because generally people recognize the popular celebrity's appearance. If governments advertise being healthy using the muscle-bound people, they can have a positive effect on the public. For example, in Korea, there is one singer and he always emphasizes doing exercise on his own YouTube and TV programs. Even more, he is a model on the public advertisement which encourages people to exercise. In addition, the people who watch his YouTube leave the comments like how can I do workout effectively.
- How can parents help and guide their kids to keep healthy?
Well, first of all, parents can adjust the children's diet because they usually cook for them. Although many people suggest that children have to eat a lot, but how they eat is also really important. So if parents offer a diet which is divided into food and vegetables well, it helps the children improve their health. Moreover, if they go to the park or playground with their children to enjoy some activities such as walking or riding a bike, then they can improve their fitness.
- What do people normally do to keep fit and healthy in your country?
In Korea, people usually work out in various ways, but among them, most of people go to the gym because there are various exercise equipments, such as treadmill, cycle, or the weighing machine, so people can exercise easily. Moreover, if people who don't know how to work out, they can ask the gym staff and get some information on how to exercise. On the other hand, some people ride a bike without using public transport when they commute. In addition, a few people enjoy pilates, yoga, or home training following the health influencers.
- How do children and old people keep fit and healthy?
First of all, children can enjoy a variety of activities such as walking, riding a bike, hanging out with their friends after they finish the school or on the weekend. Then their fitness will improve naturally. And moreover, in case of elderly people in the past, they usually walk in the park or mountain. But these days, there are a lot of elderly people at the gym.
