PART 3
What kinds of jobs do young people not want to do in your country?
In our country, young people don't want to do works that are is not paid well. Because we're living in a country where capitalism is prevalent, young people need money and that became the reason why a majority of young people are looking for a workplace. Therefore, young people started to get a job which pays well, so they don't want to get jobs which are not paid compared to their effort such as clerks in service centres, or people who are cleaning on the street, or the delivery man. So I think the lack of money for young people made them avoid jobs, which are not paid well.
Who is best at advising young people about choosing a job: teachers or parents?
I think parent are best at advising young people about choosing a job. In my experience, teachers advised gave advice based on how students' choice will affect teachers themselves. For example, when I was going to choose my major for university and my job, Teachers advise me which is ones are high-paid and whose reputation is has a really good reputation. And one of the reasons is that teachers can use them as their careers, so usually teachers don't consider the real personality or trait of students. However, because students are real biological children of their parents, so parents usually provide more direct advice advise more related to students, or young people. Therefore, I think parents who cared for young people longer than teachers, and who wants their kids to flourish, are better for advising which job to choose for young people. (여기의 경우 내용은 매우 좋네요!)
Is money always the most important thing when choosing a job?
Although it is a common belief that money should be the most important thing when choosing the a job, but I think other things can be more important than money, such as what the person is interested in, or what he or she is good at. In my experience, I want to be a computer programmer but if I considered money, I would be a CEO or doctor (너무 인위적으로 영국식으로 하실 필요 없습니다.) in Korea. However, because I'm not good at watching blood like a doctor or I'm not good at administrating business (누구와 같이~를 적어주세요!), so if I get a job that is really paid well, then I would not be able to make a lot of achievements because I'm not good at it. But if I choose jobs that I can express what I'm good at or what I'm interested in, then I would be able to enjoy that job and although the pay is not very well, I can accomplish do more achievement for that company. Therefore, I think money is not always the most important thing when choosing the a job.
