1. Who usually get up early, young people or old people?
I guess it’s old people because, for example, there was one time I lived with my grandparents and they usually wake woke up much earlier than I did (me 도 틀린 건 아니지만, 이게 훨씬 낫습니다.) me. And I kind of remember that I read the article once which showed that about if people get are getting older, they tend to sleep less. So yes, I reckon that’s why elderly people (여기서 거의 쉼표로 착각할 정도로 너무 길게 쉬어가셨는데, 그러한 쉼 없이 바로 넘어가주세요!) relatively get up earlier than young people.
2. Will working late at night influence the next days's work?
Of course yes I think. If you sleep late at night, then you can’t have enough sleep and lack of sleep can cause (여기는 거의 cuz, 즉 because의 slang처럼 발음되었기 때문에 조금 더 정확히 말씀해주셔야 합니다.) lack of concentration in work. Also, that’s why I usually sleep early and try to have enough sleep if I have an important test or something else important on the next day. And that really helps me, especially for my math test.
3. Do young people in your country stay up late at night?
I am 100% sure that yes they do, for me as a high school student in Korea, I go to bed quite kind of late in between 11 or 12 and it is normal for teens and moreover, there are many friends of mine who usually sleep at about 1 or 2 am because they study late until night or play with their phones, etc of their studying or playing with their phones etc. Additionally, most of the high school students in Korea go to the academy (여기는 발음 관련해서 사전을 한번 들어보세요!) and do extra studying after school and I reckon that is one of the reasons that teenagers in Korea stay up really late. And the same goes for me as well.
4. Is it easy to get up early for you?
Actually yes, it is not that hard (d발음이 조금 더 뚜렷하게 나야합니다.) for me. I think it is my dad who influences me most to wake up early in the morning. He is such a morning person who wakes up early even on the weekends. Living with my dad, he made me get up early every day since I was very young and I think it stuck to my life routine until now and that’s why I don’t feel much difficulty in getting up early in the morning even during the days when I go to bed quite late.
5. What do you do to guarantee a good sleep?
I don’t usually wake up in the middle of my sleeping (너무 부럽네요... 저는 맨날 두세번씩 깨는데ㅠㅠ) so it is fine if there is interruption after I already fell asleep. However, I really need quiet and dark surroundings when I try to go to sleep and also if it is too cold then I can’t really fall asleep. So, the first thing that I make sure to do before I go to bed is turning off all the lights in my room and closing close the curtains and the door.
