Your Answer ▼It seems that there are some countries focusing on education
in secondary schools with general subjects for general knowledge whereas other
countries put more focuses on significant job-related subjects for future jobs.
I personally believe that it is better for students of today to have only a few
necessary subjects depends on their goals.(해석 불가, 주제를 point말해주는 중요한 문장인데 더 신경써주세요)
Admittedly, it is necessary to educate students with wide
range of general knowledge. The primary reason is that pupils in secondary
schools may not be aware of what they are interested in or what they are willing
to do in the future. Providing opportunities for them to taste diverse fields
of knowledge will guarantees more possibility for young people to be involved in
various types of workforce. Additionally, since modern society is very
changeable, being exposed to only a few subjects accompanies many risks because
the wanted –jobs could not be available in near future. (굉장히 잘 쓴 문장입니다. 주제와 주장을 모두 다 확실히 알 수 있는 문장 인것 같아요)Therefore, some
countries tend to offer chances with various ways.
On the other hand, other countries emphasize the importance of
teaching only careers-related subjects in secondary school education. As every
industry is developing rapidly, professionalism with advanced knowledge and
skills are required in order to get involved in most jobs of today. To make
difference when compared to other candidates in job markets, one should prepare
for his or her professionalism earlier than others. From my experience in
middle school in Korea, thanks to cooking classes which my school focused most,
every restaurant I applied for jobs accepted me as they found out that I had a
certain amount of experience in kitchen throughout the school period.
In conclusion, both focuses on secondary education are
reasonable for its advantages. However, I would restate that training for
certain goals from secondary schools would lead to better results in future,
especially in modern society. |
