Some people believe that governments should regulate the use of
freshwater that has become an insufficient resource, while others insist people
should have the right on freshwater as much they need as use (빼는 게 낫지 않을까 싶네요.). These two
perspectives have their own rational reasons, however, I, personally, (쉼표가 남발되지 않도록 주의해주세요.) suppose
the latter is more crucial.
There are those who argue that freshwater has become one of the limited
resources, so governments should strictly control the usage of freshwater. It
is true that still some nations have been dealing with the lack of freshwater,
while suffering from the deficiency of potable water. In this situation, many people
have a bad habit to consume as much as they want, thereby worsening the
amount of freshwater that countries have occupied. That is the reason why
governments should regulate the amount of freshwater that people use to
distribute stable to the masses. (이 문단의 경우 사실상의 근거로 작용하는 부분은 파란색이 전부라, 조금 수정해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.)
However, others assert that the public has the right to use freshwater
how much they want. It cannot be denied that people are required for a certain
amount of water which is indispensable every day. Furthermore, individuals are
likely to need a great deal of water sometimes. For example, restaurant owners
should spend freshwater every single time and house owners need enough amount
of water to fill the personal swimming pool and plant their garden regularly. If
the government regulates the use of water, some people would not maintain their
business and others would be threatened in their private lives.
In conclusion, I think that freshwater is essential to live in this
modern society, so people should have the right how much they want to consume
because water is strongly linked to the means of people’s living. |
