Some people argue that money is a better
present than the others for teenagers, while others are against this opinion. I
will discuss both ideas and suggest my own one in this essay 등~.
On the one hand, a number of people
maintain that money is the best gift for teenagers, as it would have positive
influences on their education and a sense of freedom. Firstly, they can learn
how to economically use and save their own budget taken. This would be helpful
for them to improve the finance management skill that would be essential, when
they grow up into adults. In addition, they would feel a more sense of freedom
by having their own money than the other, as they do not have many
opportunities to take their own budget. This is because their parents generally would
provide their sons and daughters with limited amount of money in general, only
when they really need it.
On the other hand, some people insist that
money as a gift is not appropriate because most teengers would be not mature
enough. Above all, they are concerned that the young would use up the money for
some useless things. For example, numerous teenagers are involved in the
popular culture so that they would love to buy the posters and albums of pop
stars with their money taken, but they would not use and enjoy them after they
become adults. Besides, money would not be a great present for teenagers
because some of their bad peers who do not have a sense of morality might deprive
them of money. This is because there are many teenagers would not feel guilty
for their negative activities, as they may have less chances to learn morality
than other generations.
In conclusion, although both views are
somewhat reasonable, I believe that money would be the best thing to give to
teenagers. This is because it would be significantly beneficial for them to be
educated on how to manage their own budget.
