The bar chart shows the percentage that students in Mexico, Portugal and Luxembourg graduated from high schools from 2005 to 2011. In overall, the proportion of Mexico represented lowest figure, compared with other countries during the periods. Although the figure in Luxembourg were the highest in 2005 and 2007, it was surpassed by that of Portugal, showing the downward trend in Luxembourg during the given period. Looking at the details, the upward trend was showed illustrated in Mexico and Portugal, except for Portugal in 2011. 20% and almost a half percent of students in Mexico graduated from the schools in 2005 and 2011 each, accounting for minimal parts. The figure in Portugal increased from roughly 50% 2005 to almost over 90% in 2009, however it declined in 2011 as about 80%. Students in Luxembourg were less willing to graduate graduating from the schools, decreasing from 80% to 60% during the same period. They occupied dominant part in 2005, which became a similar percentage with those who graduated in Portugal as nearly 70%. Portugal's students overtook them, soaring to 90%.
