Some countries believe that students are not supposed to have a job before they graduate middle school. Others think that having young employees should be legal. Actually setting a minimum age of workers is a better law. In this essay, the advantages will be discussed.
Children can have a better concentration at school. (일하지 않을 때라는 점이 전제되어야 합니다. 항상 핵심에 대한 꾸준한 상기가 중요해요.) Generally students cannot perform well when they have many things to control. If they have to choose between work and study, they will be more confused. They even struggle because they cannot decide what to do next in high school, even though living as a student is the most familiar thing for them. Probably there will not be many students who are so determined to work, and a law cannot be made or changed only for them. It will not be practical.
Adults can also have benefits. They can get less stressed at work because of unnecessary competition. If there is no law for the young and children can compete at work with adults, adults might cheat on young workers to get a better position. It will be stressful for them because it is a bad thing. Even though hurting children in that way is legal at work, it does not mean that it is still ethical. If there is no strong law to protect children in the first place, work ethics will become strong instead. Children will be protected anyway. When work ethics becomes stronger, it will give more stress to adults because strong work ethic will lessen their freedom.
Moreover, the society can be a healthy society when they have a law for children. In healthy cultures, children are protected, not neglected. If society does not protect the young, children from poor family families will have to work instead of studying to make money. Making money is okay, but their working environment can be a matter. They often work somewhere dangerous because they can work double and make money double. However, accepting young labour and relying too much on them might be a sign of unhealthy culture. Society should make a law stronger and protect children and the culture.
In conclusion, even though young students have ability to work professionally, it will be more helpful to make them stay at school and question more about themselves. It will help them to find the right answer at the right place. |
