In modern days, as students still enjoy eating
fast food and live convenient ways, the rates of obesity on children have been
on the increases. It is clear that these bad habits cause over-weights and
vulnerable to get diseases.
Due to busy social life, parents rely on
junk food and pre-prepared meals and this eating habit has a negative impact on
their children. They are easy to get these unhealthy foods and the stores are
closely surrounded by our life. However, fast foods contain trans-fats,
chemical additives, and sugars so it contributes to chronic obesity. In
addition, students have decreased awareness about the importance of exercise.
This is because most children prefer indoor activities to outdoor activities
like surfing the internet or playing computer games and it leads to a sedentary
life. As a result, it causes a lack of exercises and children to have a
difficulty in the development of child's grow.
These problems are not easy to fix but
there are feasible steps we can take. The governments and schools encourage
students to eat well-balanced diets and also, school lunches should be carefully
prepared by nutritionists. These healthy diets include essential nutrition such
as vitamins and calcium and have significant influences on build immune
systems. Also, physical exercises should be a required subject of every school.
Many students are reluctant to physical activities so they are forced to do
regular exercises at schools. It helps students develop their bones and muscles
and prevent to become obesity. Most of all, doctors advise exercising at least
three times a week.
In conclusion, there is no doubt that
health has a serious impact on our lives. Students always have to consider
about properly nutrients food and daily exercise to keep a healthy body.
