This is followed by Switzerland which obtained 6 in 2004 compared with 3 in 1999. The sales in Belgium grew up by 0.7 from the year 1999 to 2004. Interestingly, the gap of sales during the period in Denmark and Sweden is same, increased 0.2.
On sales of bananas, Switzerland obtained the largest income, accounting for 47 in 2004 from 15 in 1999. UK's income climbed about 5 times and belgium increased approximately 7 times in the year 2004 than 1999.
