Between 1995 and 1999, three countries except Italy spent their money on books increasingly, while the number of Italy remained stably around 50 million dollars. Over the same period, the number of Austrian was stayed one third of German's. In the year 2001, the book consumption of Austria was started increase dramatically from 40 million dollars to 70 million by 2005, approximately as same as France's. What is more, there are a small mount of about 5 millions in the number of French's spending. In conclusion, it is noticeable that people in four countries had spent gradually more their money on books, even though there were tiny fluctuations in particular countries. |
