To make ideal climate of the work place, it is essential for companies to recognize their member's well-being as a critical mission. When company guarantee worker's life balance, the loyalty for company will be elevated and it naturally positive impacts on the productivity. In addition, these days government start to do some actions for workers such as leaving at the regular time, and should work eight hours only in a day.
In conclusion, the problems associated with poor work-life balance are especially apparent because of the current social atmosphere. In the individual dimension, the best solution is to change the corporate atmosphere little by little for everyone's well-being life and work -life balance.
