Nowadays, an increasing number of people are finding it debatable to allow the education authority to filter unqualified teachers. Some hold the view that a good teacher is one of the most essential factors to offer outstanding education. However, contrary to this notion, others insist that the attitude of students should regard as much more vital precondition for well organised education. From my point of view, cultivating pupils’ attitude for study is more necessary in order to have fruitful school performance.
First of all, a quite number of parents argue that schools should have well-educated teachers for their children`s learning process. This is largely because it is possible that teachers who graduated from renowned higher education institutions might have beneficial teaching methods including relevant experiences. In addition, cultivated educators would have several ways such as class with educational game to interest their pupils in fairly difficult courses, then students might look forwards to take the absorbing lecture. As a result, young students would be able to have outstanding school performance.
On the other hand, such people are not aware of the most dominant part for successful learning achievement. The underlying reason is that students` attitude at school and home results in more acceptable outcome by paying more attention to classes, questioning further information, and reviewing what they learnt from courses. Most Korean secondary schools, for instance, have provided students with a circumstance for revision on each day. This is one of reasons that Korean young students have been able to maintain the first place on subjects varying from mathematics to science in the world learning achievement evaluation. What is more, due to the Internet, students do not have to struggle to find qualified academic resources, so their attitude becomes the primary element for remarkable school performance.
In conclusion, I personally believe that students behaviours and mindset at school and home are more necessary factor for excellent school achievement. This is because young students need to take courses more carefully and self-motivated learning at home for the sake of satisfying outcome. |
