The diagram illustrates how electricity is
operated in a hydroelectric power station. This progress involves three main steps
which begins with water flow from the river move to the dam.
The process starts when water flow from river
reach the dam, is opend for day time but closed at night, in high-level of
reservoir. The next step is that water flow is moving for generation of electricity,
and heading to the main power station. In that place, few water move up to the top
where generator is and followed the tiny power lines then they become national
grid.
While, the remaining most of water in power
station go through turbines ,which operate generator in day time, move to
low-level reservoir at the end sector of station. At night, the reversible
turbines now pump water back from low-level to high-level reservoir. Once the
day is shifted back to day time, the routin is begins again and generates
electricity.
