To begin with, it is true that reality and lifestyle in the country are so different unlike advertising because while there may be positive commercials related to a country, advertising on country positively, the country would still have has many problems of politics and societies. In fact, Philippines are is the most famous country to tourism due to many advertisements, but this country but suffers from many negative issues regarded criminals and economies. It is apparent that advertising can not explain many things regarded a country's reality.
On top of that, it is evident that advertising does not introduce just a single one country. This is because, a video in television normally advertise many countries and it is difficult to know one country's appearance. For instance, in Cathay pacific, a Hong Kong airline company, advertising events and goods in airlines introduce all of Asian countries' culture and tradition to passengers in the television. This instance shows that knowing one country's reality and appearance is so hard because of introducing many countries. advertisements are usually focused on a lot of countries.
To sum up, while some people think that advertising can explain people a lot about in a country, it is undeniable that knowing a country's many things such as reality, appearance and lifestyle is impossible. |
