It is often argued that having own a home is
more a crucial matter while others find renting important. I completely believe
that possessing own a home has more positive and advantageous compared to ranting.
First of all, having own a home can make
an effective impact on people’s saving plan for the long term prospective. This is because buying a
house requires large amount of seed money compared to renting, it can be
a financially good step to put aside for the future house and start saving
up as like a life goal. Moreover, for
young people who seem careless about
their spending, lavishing money on entertainment stuff, having a plan for house
purchase would be the smart way not to waste their money. Even though it takes
a long process to buy a house but it would be worthwhile to pursue it as
the fruitful outcome of saving.
Secondly, owning a home does not literally
mean a place for sleep but symbolizes stability in the life. For example, when
renting contract is finished, people find the most annoying part tedious packing
and unpacking as well as continuously increased house rental pricing over the
time. Thus, the meaning that we own a house would shake off such a big burden
of finding renting, resulting in feeling always protected and comfort.
To conclude, having own a home helps people
improve a clever saving plan to buy a house and provides a sense of stability as
homeownership. That’s why I strongly believe having a house is much more beneficial
rather than staying at rent. |
