The pie charts give information concerning daily intake rate of three nutrients, Sodium, Saturated fat and Added sugar which American consumes in each meal and snack. The charts cleary show that, at dinner time, sodium and saturated fat are consumed at a higher percentage than others. Their intake of sodium and saturated fat are at 43% and 37%, respectively. In contrast, the largest proportion of added sugar is taken in from snack. The figure was 42% while percentages of sodium and saturated fat which are being gained from snack are 14% and 21%, respectively. It is notable that the average person in the state tend to intake a similar portion of three nutrients during having breakfast. 14% of sodium and 16% of saturated fat and added sugar are contained in to the morning meal. Lastly, when it comes to the lunch, sodium and saturated fat show a similar ratio as 29% and 26%, respectively. However, only 19% of added sugar is consumed at lunch, which is almost half of these two other nutrients. Overall, the data lucidly demonstrates that the percentage of nutrients is consumed differently in meals and snacks. Furthermore, the largest proportion of nutrients is gained from dinner and, on the contrary, substantial amount of added sugar intake is performed by eating snack.
