Overall, the ratio of releasing
cinemas in Australia has less than that of UK in 2001. On the other hand, similarly,
the highest percentage of screened films in Australia and UK was US films with
66 % and 75% respectively. In the second graph, the amount of British admission
is higher than that of Australians.
To be more specific, except for the
American films, Australians’ screened films in the UK were five times higher
than those in the Australia. Similarly, British films in their own nation were tripled
higher than those in Australia. In sum up, it shows that American film industry
is much more profitable or well-organised than Australian cinema sector.
Over the period shown in the line
graph, even if it has subtle fluctuations broadly in both nations, the amount
