some Some people assume that learning the history and the literature of their own country is more significant than that of other nations the others. I strongly agree that learning about their country is definitely the most important.
Schools are definitely required to teach the history and the literature of their own country because we can see what the humanity has been through such as wars, and we can learn the lesson from it as well. The histories or literatures of the other countries are important to know the historical flow of the world, however, it is certainly more significant to know what their ancestors have done. I assume there are representatively two reasons why students must learn more significantly about the literature or the history of their country more than the others.
First, as the nation (nation 이 국민이라는 의미를 가지고 있는 건 맞는데, 헷갈릴 여지를 줄이기 위해서 그냥 이 의미로 쓰지 않는 게 낫습니다.) citizen of the country, people are required to know what their country has done in the history exactly. For instance, Germany, which was the country that caused World War II (절대로 절대로 수험생이 임의로 줄여서 표현해서는 안 됩니다.) German where was the reason why the ww2 occured officially apologized what their past generations have done. In addition, people can have the pride of their country as well. For instance, British people have a huge pride in William Shakespeare, who was one of the greatest writers there ever was the nations of British, that had one of the greatest writer, William Shakespeare, are actually surveyed that they have huge pride of him and their own country as well. It can be expected that it can boost the patriotism of their own country.
In conclusion, learning the history or the literature of their own country is certainly more important than the others because the nations should know about what their ancestors have has done, so they can know right and understand their country.
