contributed to loose weight because of burning extra fats and absorbing the
nutrients as well. For implementation, I think that instructor needs guide them
as a good process to loose weight. For example, nutritionist, family doctor or health
trainer is able to give the correct information and guide them to loose weight
effectively. Unless an accurate direction, some people are apt to frustrate
with weight score.
In conclusion, I think the most impact resource
to loose weight is regular diet including essential calories and exercise. This
trend to slim would give advantage to people for care their health from obesity
or other disease, too. Balanced diet and exercise are the most effective ways
in modern society.
