On the other hand, as shown in the table 2, European language students was the highest in a public college at most of 483 students followed by South America of 366 and Asia of 300. From 1998 until 1999, Asian language students were are less than South American language students. However, in 2000, the number of language students of both Asia and South America is the same with of 156 students. In summary, the Asian, African and Middle Eastern language students in a private college are more than language students of Asia, Africa and Middle East in a public college. In both of the two tables, Asian, European and South American language students are in high ranks. The overall trend shows a gradual increase.
