Stress is thought to one of the most serious problems in my country because a great deal of cases about crime and suicide are caused by stress. So, our government spend a lot of money on preventing suicide and crime which is linked to stress.
The reasons of stress are various. First, stress is caused by high expectations from parents. In
expectation. Next, modern lifestyle causes stress. There were enormous developments of IT over last two decades so that we can not live without it. So, we are pressured to buy some products for following trend. If we do not get new goods, which is other people have, we feel inferior to other people. Finally, we have little time with our family. Now, we are living in complicated and competitive society. So, we spend a lot of time on working for surviving in society so that many housewives juggle work with house hold. So, women are stressed and it cause house breakdown.
There is many good solutions to ease stress. Firstly, we do physical exercise. In modern society, our bodies always be in tension However, during exercise, we do not have to think about problems and busy society so that tensions are reduced naturally. Moreover, we can sleep well so that we can start our next day working more relieved. Second, we manage our time. We are living in the retrace, which make us to do a lot of things in limited time. However, in working, we can separate which thing is important. So, if we organised our time, we would not miss important thing with a plenty of free time. In addition, we can spend time with our family and share household so that housewive’s stress is decreased.
In conclusion, stress is one of the serious mental illnesses. However, if we do solution which is mentioned above, we are not suffered from stress.
