Your Answer ▼ Of late, one of the most significant discussions in a democracy is freedom. regarding this issue, it, on the one hand, it can be said that there are a range of benefits when people have a variety of choices, it can also be said that the drawback of this issue should not be ignored. the purpose of this essay is to examine both viewpoints with an understandable conclusion.
There are those with a belief that many choices are positive in many aspects. The primary ground that is clear to see behind their argument is that more and more people are finding it increasingly possible for them to enjoy their freedom, providing that freedom is that people can choose whatever they want in a democracy. Another crucial element why they believe the contention that lots of choices are seen as a great contributory factor in providing more of them. The most compelling evidence of this that cannot be overlooked that people can do a variety of things because nowadays, a variety of foreigners are living in Australia for a variety reason so what if they do not have many choices, they could not come to Australia.
From the other standpoint, others are not content with the aforementioned benefits; they insist that people having a range of choices are not only negative but also disadvantageous. Primarily, anyone can see that too many choices are associated with crimes, it is no exaggeration to say that every choice is not lawful such as thievery. What is also worth noticing is that excessive choice is considered to be affected their life. From the point of view, it follows that they do not know if what are good choices so they might choose bad options in an important situation.
Without going in circles, I am inclined to be of the same opinion that benefits of a range of choices improve human beings' life in democracy despite a few drawbacks of this issue |
