Many famous sports players advertise sports products. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages.
It has been observed that popular sports players release in a lot of advertisement in order to endorse the products. Some people argue that, this advertisement method is really helpful promote the items. I strongly disagree with this opinion as I think that it has negative influence on audiences and the sports players.
In my opinion, these days, with the advent of tremendous technology people can enjoy diverse kinds of sports math through TV at their home and watch other countries’ math eventually. Through this currency, more and more people show huge attention on sports, sports industries and goods about sports. According people’s preference, a number of sports companies have started to utilize some spots players to make a profit.
However, casting of the famous sports players as the advertisement model lead to materialism from consumers. This is because, of course, although the goods are unnecessary things, the big fans of the sports players are likely to purchase that in order to make an opportunity that meet with the players through some events or gain their autograph. It drive to overspending and consumer society.
Secondly, if the phenomenon is continuous, players more concentrate on their appearance than skills, ability. Of course, not only wages from their performance in the math but also profit that they promote some products to the popular players. Due to this fact, some players no more try to improve their technics, fulfilment.
In conclusion, endorsing through popular players in advertisements allows to merit to buyers and players.
