The line chart reported in 2008 compares the amount of the six different fuels consumed and expected to be used by Americans between 1980 and 2030. The six different types of fuels are Petrol and Oil, Coal, Natural Gas, Nuclear, Solar/Wind, and Hydropower. <(good)
Overall, it is clearly seen that the figures for Petrol and Oil was the highest, followed by the following the figures for Natural Gas and Coal, whereas the lowest same units were was shown by the remaining fuels. In addition, there are increases either steeply or stable increases at most amount of most fuels, but only hydropower energy was expected to be unchangeable from 1980 to 2030.
As is shown by the three popular fuels, which are three top sources, the number of both Petrol and Oil and Coal was foreseen to increase in a the similar trend by around 15 quadrillion units, from 35 to about 50 and from 16 to around 30 quadrillion units respectively. Furthermore, Americans consumed 20 quadrillion units of natural gas in 1980, and are anticipated to use approximately 25 quadrillion units by 2030.
In terms of the remaining categories of nuclear and two renewable energies, it started at the same amounts under 5 quadrillion units. During the period shown, there are less changes than the amount of the major fuels, as the nuclear energy was anticipated to be spent at 8 quadrillion units, and 6 quadrillion units for at solar/wind energies. However, the figure for hydropower has a few fluctuations and will remain at under 5 quadrillion units.
